Pause Plan

We understand that there might be times when you need to take a break from your Writesonic subscription, but want to retain your data for future use. To accommodate your needs, we offer a flexible 'Pause Plan' option.

With the Pause Plan, you can take a break from your subscription for a period ranging from 1 month to 3 months, all from your Billing Page.

During the pause, we won't charge you, ensuring you're not paying for a service you're not currently using.

Resuming Your Subscription

If you decide to return to Writesonic sooner than expected, you can unpause your subscription easily. The workspace admin can do this at any time within the pause period by navigating to the Billing Page and clicking the "Resume now" button.

On reactivation, we will only charge you a prorated amount for the remainder of the current month.

Important Details About Pausing

While we aim to provide flexibility with the Pause Plan, there are a few things to keep in mind:

• During the pause, your workspace will be in a dormant state. This means you won't be able to generate any new content.
• The pause duration is limited to a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 3 months.
• Once the pause period concludes, your subscription will automatically reactivate. You'll return to your paid active subscription and the regular charges will resume from the next billing cycle date.
• You can only pause your account once. So, we encourage you to plan your pause period wisely.
